One of the first steps with any new client is to review and analyze the current analytics setup. We’ll review the website tracking code as well as the Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager account configurations to get an idea of how intricate and accurate the setup is. If you are not on GA4, we will manage the migration entirely for you.

Once we fully understand the current state of analytics, we can now outline our plan and timeline. We will provide our clients with updated tracking code and then we will work directly within your accounts to fully set up all aspects of tracking and reporting. We will ensure all advanced capabilities are utilized and that items like dashboards, goals and conversions are set up for your team’s future use.

Once setup is complete, we will thoroughly review our work with your team and provide them with everything needed for future and ongoing tracking. This includes dashboard reviews and the Tag Manager process moving forward. Ongoing reporting and onsite analytics training options are available upon request.
