Eye Tracking
Teknicks was one of the first digital marketing agencies in the United States to offer eye tracking services through our product, LookTracker. Eye tracking technology gives us unparalleled insight into where users look and how they engage with a website. Teknicks utilizes this technology to make key site adjustments, drawing attention to the desired page elements and driving more sales for our clients.
See how our PLG Methodology (the same process we use for Salesforce, Audible, and Care.com) produces extraordinary results that can be applied to grow your business.

A Little Bit More About Our Eye Tracking Process
step
1
The first step of the eye tracking process is to determine the right page for testing. It would make sense to track an important page of your site that may not be performing as well as it should be. Teknicks also uses eye tracking to compare before and after designs that get A/B tested, which allows us to ensure that users properly engage with the new design.
step
2
Once a page is chosen and the eye tracking test is set up, Teknicks works with focus groups that are as close to your site’s demographic as possible. Instructions can be given, such as find a specific product and purchase it, or learn more about a specific service and fill out a contact form. This allows us to produce heatmaps and videos that track the user’s entire visit on the page.
step
3
Based on the results of the heatmaps and videos generated by the participants, Teknicks will gather the data and draw conclusions on performance. These tests will help support the entire CRO testing process and will either confirm or deny our hypothesis. Our CRO program is an ongoing series of tests, and will continue to include eye tracking tests with each new design and test being run.
